Kantina Jahja owns and manages 20 hectares of vineyards cultivated with long-term vision and full operational control. This scale allows us to balance precision with consistency, ensuring that every parcel is farmed with intention rather than pressure for volume.

Ownership gives us independence in decision-making, from pruning strategies to harvest timing, allowing the vineyard, not market urgency, to dictate the rhythm of production.

The vineyards of Kantina Jahja are defined by a natural diversity of soils, exposures, and microclimates. This variation allows each grape variety to be planted where it performs best, preserving balance, structure, and varietal identity.

We cultivate a focused selection of European grape varieties, chosen for their compatibility with Albanian soil and climate rather than trend or yield. Differences in soil composition and elevation translate directly into complexity, freshness, and precision in the glass.

This diversity is not engineered.
It is respected, studied, and allowed to express itself through the wine.
